About the Company
We are seeking an experienced
Finance Manager
to lead the financial and administrative functions of the Kerala BPO office in Kottakkal. The ideal candidate will be responsible for financial planning, payroll management, HR coordination, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements. This role will serve as a critical link between the UAE head office and the Kerala back office.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, and daily financial operations.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and MIS reports.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local regulations.
Manage full payroll processing for the Kerala office.
Maintain employee records, leave management, and HR documentation.
Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management as needed.
Supervise office administration and daily operations.
Act as liaison between UAE HQ and Kerala operations.
Ensure compliance with Indian taxation, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare periodic reports for UAE management.
Support audits and implement internal controls.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce (CA/CPA/CMA preferred).
Minimum 3-6 years of experience in finance/accounting, with at least 2-3 years in a managerial role.
Strong knowledge of
payroll, HR operations, and compliance
in India.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, SAP, or similar) and MS Excel.
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-border teams.
