Job Description

Minimum 8-12 years

of relevant experience, with at least

3-5 years in a senior finance leadership role

. Strong knowledge of

accounting principles, taxation, and regulatory frameworks

. Proven experience in

budgeting, forecasting, MIS, and financial analysis

. CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent qualification preferred. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Experience in managing multi-branch or multi-entity finance functions will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the

entire finance and accounts function

of the organization. Develop and implement

financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts

aligned with business goals. Ensure

accurate and timely financial reporting

, statutory compliance, and audits. Supervise and guide the finance team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund management effectively. Ensure compliance with

taxation laws, statutory regulations

, and internal policies. Coordinate with banks, auditors, and regulatory authorities as required. Provide

financial insights and strategic recommendations

to the management for decision-making. Evaluate financial risks and develop

risk mitigation plans

. Oversee cost control measures and support operational teams in improving financial efficiency.
