Required Qualifications & Skills
Education:
Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com), MBA in Finance, or a Chartered Accountant (CA) certification.
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced knowledge of ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Tally) and expert-level MS Excel skills.
Analytical Thinking:
Strong ability to interpret complex financial data and turn it into actionable insights.
