Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Manage day-to-day finance and accounts operations Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures Ensure statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, audits) Coordinate with auditors, banks, and financial institutions Oversee accounts payable, receivable, and payroll coordination MIS reporting to management with insights and recommendations Support management in financial decision-making Ensure data accuracy, discipline, and adherence to company policies

Qualifications & Skills:



MBA (Finance) / M.Com / CA (Inter / Final preferred) Minimum

8 years

experience in finance & accounts Strong knowledge of accounting standards and taxation Proficient in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel Good analytical, communication, and leadership skills Experience in manufacturing / healthcare industry is an advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
