Job Description

Job Responsibilities are :

Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action Implements financial and accounting best practices and oversees critical accounting procedures. Reviews financial reports and advises corrective action accordingly Analyzes revenue, expenses, cash flows, and balance sheets to optimize profitability and transparency. Assists and supports upper-level management to ensure sound financial decision-making that is in the long-term best interest of the organizational mission. Executes revisions and updates to procedures, policies, and systems to facilitate the expansion and scaling of the business and increase transparency and compliance Developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in financial management.

Required skills and qualifications :

Professional certification, such as a Chartered Accountant Strong management and leadership skills. Analytical skills to interpret large volumes of data, spot anomalies and assess risks in economic forecasts. Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, financial regulations and tax regulations in India
