Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

Finance Manager

to oversee and manage the financial operations of our 3 branches and factory. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in

Tally, GST, cash flow management, fund flow monitoring, and MIS reporting

. This role requires hands-on financial management and strong analytical ability to support business decisions.

Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & Operations

Manage day-to-day financial operations across

3 branches and the factory

. Oversee accounting processes including

payables, receivables, bank reconciliation, and ledger management

. Maintain accurate financial records in

Tally

and ensure timely updates.

GST & Compliance

Handle

GST filing, GST reconciliation, and statutory compliance

. Ensure adherence to financial regulations and internal policies.

Cash Flow & Fund Flow Management

Monitor

daily cash flow

and plan for working capital requirements. Prepare and analyse

fund flow statements

to support business decisions. Ensure adequate funds are available for daily operations.

MIS & Reporting

Prepare monthly and weekly

MIS reports

, including P&L, balance sheet, expenses, and variance analysis. Present financial insights and recommendations to management.

Branch & Factory Coordination

Oversee financial processes of multiple branches and factory to ensure accuracy and consistency. Coordinate with branch heads and factory teams for smooth financial functioning.

Skills & Requirements

5-6 years of proven experience in

finance or accounts management

. Strong knowledge of

Tally, GST, cash flow, fund flow, and MIS reporting

. Experience managing multi-branch financial operations preferred. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and handle end-to-end finance functions. Excellent communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Commerce, Accounting, Finance

, or related field. Experience in manufacturing or trading companies is a plus.
