We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Finance Manager

to oversee financial planning, budgeting, reporting, and compliance. The ideal candidate must be strong in financial analysis, statutory compliance, forecasting, and managing day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities



Oversee end-to-end finance operations, budgeting, and financial planning Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and financial controls Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, audits, and tax filings Conduct financial analysis to support management decisions Coordinate with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders Develop and implement financial policies and cost-control measures Lead finance team members and oversee daily finance activities Support management with forecasting, MIS, and financial insights

Requirements



5+ years of experience in finance or accounting management Professional qualification preferred:

CA / ACCA / CMA / MBA (Finance)

Strong knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial regulations Experience with Tally / ERP systems and financial reporting tools Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Ability to lead a finance team and manage deadlines Strong attention to detail and integrity
