Education:

Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, CMA, MBA Finance, or a related finance/accounting field.

3-4 years of proven experience

in a Finance Manager, Senior Accountant, or similar finance leadership role. Strong proficiency in

financial management, budgeting, forecasting, accounting principles, and reporting

. Experience in

preparing financial statements, leading audits, and ensuring regulatory and compliance adherence

. Excellent understanding of

taxation, cost control, cash-flow management, and financial risk analysis

. Ability to maintain strict

confidentiality

and handle sensitive financial information responsibly. Strong skills in

tracking, documenting, and maintaining accurate financial records

, including ledgers and system entries. Proficiency with ERP systems, accounting software, and advanced Excel.

Good English communication skills

, both written and verbal. Strong

decision-making ability

, especially in financial planning, budget allocation, cost assessment, and risk evaluation. Excellent

analytical, problem-solving, and leadership

skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with senior management, auditors, and cross-functional teams.
