Job Description

Key Duties:

Oversee the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes. Manage cash flow, working capital, and overall liquidity to ensure smooth operations. Monitor financial performance, prepare regular financial reports, and advise management on key insights. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax laws, and internal financial policies. Supervise accounting operations including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and reconciliations. Coordinate with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders for financial matters. Develop and implement internal controls to safeguard company assets. Analyze investment opportunities and provide recommendations for business growth. Support management in strategic decision-making with financial models and scenario analysis. Lead and mentor the finance and accounts team to maintain efficiency and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Tracking KPIs and reporting variances against budgets. Ensuring timely filing of GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory returns. Managing vendor payments, receivables collection, and credit control. Liaising with senior management to align financial goals with business objectives. Evaluating risks and implementing risk management policies. Driving cost optimization initiatives across departments. Maintaining confidentiality of financial data and sensitive information.
