Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the financial operations of the holding company and its multiple subsidiary companies.
Review, monitor, and analyze financial reports from subsidiaries and ensure accuracy and consistency.
Guide and supervise accounts teams across different group companies; ensure compliance with internal controls and statutory requirements.
Prepare consolidated financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports for the Directors.
Provide strategic financial input and recommendations to the Directors.
Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and other external stakeholders.
Develop and implement internal financial processes and reporting standards across group companies.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency within the group
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in a finance or accounts managerial role (experience with group or multi-entity companies is preferred).
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CPA is a plus).
Strong knowledge of financial management, budgeting, compliance, and accounting standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Proficient in Tally, Excel, and other accounting/ERP software.
