Job Summary:we are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning to support organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans Monitor and analyze financial performance and variance reporting Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure timely compliance with tax regulations including GST, TDS, and statutory audits Supervise accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations Lead financial risk analysis and advise senior management on financial strategy Maintain and improve financial systems and internal controls Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities Train and manage finance and accounting staff
