Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum of 10 years of experience in construction finance or related roles, with at least 4 years in a managerial capacity.
Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software
Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
Manage day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management, board of directors, and external stakeholders.
Manage relationships with financial institutions, contractors, and suppliers to facilitate project financing and payments.
Manage the end-to-end process of GST compliance, including registration, invoicing, filing, and reconciliation.
