Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic

Finance Manager

to oversee the financial health of the organization. This role will be responsible for managing budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and risk management. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical skills with business insight and a proactive approach to financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily financial operations including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with department heads. Monitor financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management. Ensure compliance with all applicable financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards. Coordinate audits (internal and external) and implement any necessary corrective actions. Manage and optimize cash flow, banking relationships, and investment strategies. Develop and enforce financial policies, controls, and procedures. Conduct financial risk assessments and scenario planning. Supervise and mentor finance team members.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred). Professional certification such as CA, ACCA, or CMA is a strong advantage. Minimum

5-7 years

of relevant experience in finance or accounting, including at least

5 years in a managerial role
