Key Responsibilities
Independently manage finance operations, systems, and internal controls
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures
Ensure accuracy of financial statements and MIS reporting
Handle taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and ROC filings
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
Assist leadership with fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence
Requirements
Chartered Accountant (CA - Final qualified):
Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience
CA Inter:
3-4 years of relevant finance and accounting experience
Strong knowledge of taxation, statutory compliance, and internal controls
Experience working in fast-growing or dynamic organizations
High ownership mindset with strong leadership and execution capability
