We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team at ibis Styles Mysuru, India. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, providing strategic financial guidance, and ensuring the company's financial health and compliance.
Participate in the preparation of Strategic Business and Operating Plans, advising on financial, administrative, and legal implications
Establish and recommend major economic objectives and strategies for cost minimization and revenue maximization
Provide professional advisory and executive support to the General Manager in meeting strategic goals
Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial reports, including revenue forecasts, expense summaries, and earnings projections
Manage the preparation and presentation of all company accounting, including financial reports, annual budgets, operating budgets, cash flows, and financial forecasts
Ensure compliance with relevant contractual and legal obligations, corporate finance policies, and management contracts
Practice effective balance sheet and cash flow management
Establish, coordinate, and administer financial systems, internal controls, and capital expenditure plans
Support the General Manager in meeting bottom-line objectives and provide strategic financial advice
Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial performance and achieve organizational goals
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA certification preferred
Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 5 years at a management level
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
Outstanding presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing teams
Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving financial objectives
Proficiency in English language (both written and verbal)
