Job Summary:





We are looking for an experienced

Finance Manager

with a strong background in

IT Services and/or product development environments

. The candidate should have solid expertise in

legal and statutory compliance

, along with exposure to

US and international finance operations

. This role will play a key part in managing financial operations, compliance, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage end-to-end

finance and accounting operations

Ensure compliance with

statutory, legal, and regulatory requirements

Handle

audits, taxation, and regulatory filings

Manage

US and international finance processes

, including multi-entity accounting. Oversee

budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting (MIS)

Manage

revenue recognition

for IT services and product-based businesses Handle

inter-company transactions and reconciliations

Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and legal advisors Strengthen

internal controls and compliance frameworks


Required Skills & Qualifications:



10+ years of experience in

finance and accounting

Strong experience in

IT Services and/or product development companies

In-depth knowledge of

Indian statutory and legal compliance

Exposure to

US and international finance operations

Experience with

direct and indirect taxation

* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
