Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with strong exposure to the manufacturing and trading sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in IGAAP, Tally, GST, TDS, and coordinating with auditors, while effectively leading and developing a finance team. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, statutory compliance, process improvement, and supporting business decision-making.

Requirement:

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / MBA Finance (any relevant finance qualification). 8-10 years of experience in Finance & Accounts, preferably in manufacturing and trading industries. Strong knowledge of IGAAP, Tally ERP, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances. Proven experience in handling audits and working with external auditors. Team handling experience is mandatory. Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills:

Experience in inventory accounting and cost control. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Hands-on approach with strong problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities:

Financial Accounting & Reporting

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations in Tally with accuracy and compliance. Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements as per IGAAP. Ensure timely closing of books and reconciliation of accounts. Manage general ledger, cash flow statements, P&L, and balance sheet preparation.

Statutory Compliance

Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns. Oversee tax computations, payments, reconciliations, and compliance documentation. Stay updated with changes in taxation, GST rules, and compliance regulations.

Audit Management

Coordinate internal and statutory audits. Liaise with external auditors, resolve audit queries, and ensure adherence to audit timelines. Implement recommendations from audit reports to strengthen controls.

Team Leadership

Lead, guide, and mentor a team of accounting and finance executives. Monitor team performance and ensure accuracy and timeliness in deliverables. Drive process discipline and operational excellence within the finance function.

Manufacturing & Trading Finance

Monitor costing, inventory accounting, and production-related financial controls. Manage vendor payments, receivables, credit controls, and working capital. Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Process Improvement

Drive automation and efficiency improvements in accounting and reporting processes. Strengthen internal controls and implement best practices.
