Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll. Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial statements. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, and audit requirements. Implement internal financial controls, policies, and cost-saving strategies. Liaise with banks, vendors, and stakeholders for smooth financial management. Support senior leadership with MIS reports, cash flow planning, and financial analysis. Introduce digital tools/ERP modules to improve efficiency and accuracy in reporting.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. Professional certifications (CA / ICWA / MBA Finance) preferred. 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in finance/accounts, preferably in construction, interiors, or project-based industries. Strong knowledge of MS Excel, and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Pay: ?60,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
