Experience in Audit of private limited companies as per Companies Act, 2013
Experience in audit as per Income Tax Act
Experience in audit as per Goods and Service Tax Act
Finalization of books of accounts and preparation of financial statements
Thorough knowledge in ROC, Income Tax, GST and FEMA compliance
