JD For Finance manager

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented

Finance Manager

to lead core accounting functions with a strong focus on

Accounts Receivable

,

Reconciliations

, and

Regulatory Compliance (GST & TDS)

. The ideal candidate will bring analytical rigor, process discipline, and hands-on expertise in

Advanced Excel

, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations.

Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end

Accounts Receivable

process including invoicing, collections, and ageing. Perform regular

Customer ledger reconciliations

and ensure collections. Ensure timely

GST and TDS filings

, including interbrand GST calculations. Analyze financial data and reports using

advanced Excel functions

(VLOOKUP, Pivot, etc.). Ensure 100% entry posting, timely book closure (WD+7) for all customer accounts, prepare rollforward pre-closure and BS reconciliation post closure. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure correct financial transactions and avoid recovery delays Assist in audit processes by providing workings, schedules, documentation Implement and improve internal

financial controls and compliance processes

. Make this as scope expansion (optional and performance driven): Review and process

Accounts Payable

transactions and vendor payments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or equivalent preferred). 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret financial data and trends. High attention to detail with accuracy in financial reporting and record-keeping.Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and stakeholders. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. * High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential financial information.
