General Description:

Develop and maintain financial models for analysis and forecasting of company performance.

Coordinate annual budgeting process and monitor actual performance against budgets with variance analysis.

Prepare and ensure accuracy of financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

Identify financial risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain financial stability.

Manage cash flow to optimize liquidity and oversee banking activities to ensure operational funding.

Establish and maintain internal financial controls; conduct audits and implement corrective actions.

Oversee financial systems implementation and maintenance to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.

Ensure compliance with accounting standards, financial regulations, and legal requirements.

Lead and develop a team of finance professionals to meet departmental goals.

Collaborate with senior management on strategic financial planning and provide insights for business growth.
