Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily banking operations, including managing relationships with banks and financial institutions.

Handle fund transfers, cash management, statutory online payments and foreign exchange transactions.

Monitor and ensure optimal cash flow management by forecasting cash requirements, payments, and collections

Monitor and manage company's cash flow, ensuring sufficient liquidity for operations.

Collaborate with senior management on capital management, debt servicing, and investment planning.

Oversee loan repayment schedules and ensure timely servicing of debt. Monitoring bank charges & interest on CC/ TL/ LC/inwards/outwards payment

Monitor and report on financial performance metrics, including profitability, liquidity, and return on investment.

Analyze financial data to provide actionable insights for cost reduction, risk mitigation, and performance improvement.

LC document Preparation and correspondence to avail Bank Guarantees

Assisting in external credit rating assessments and provide the required details to rating agencies

Assisting in renewal of Working Capital limits with better terms - Preparation of CAM data, Stock Statements, FFR, Stock Audit Co-ordination etc.,

Assisting in fund raising activities i.e. new project term loans, refinancing proposals, Financial Modelling, DPR Preparation etc.,

Assisting in debt covenant compliances - Assisting while charge creation, modification & satisfaction of banking facilities

Working Capital Management

Co-ordinate month end close activities along with Financial Reporting team members and ensure it is completed timely and accurately

Education & Experiences

:

Chartered Accountant or MBA Finance from reputed college

Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in financial management, banking operations, or related roles in manufacturing, preferably in the metal, steel or heavy industries
