About the Role

We are looking for an experienced

Finance Manager

to handle end-to-end finance operations including accounting, banking, compliance, and reporting. The role requires strong exposure to

manufacturing/export finance

, banking operations, and

BRC management

.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Ensure accuracy and integrity of books of accounts Analyze profitability, margins, and cost efficiency

Budgeting & Cash Flow

Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial plans Manage cash flow, working capital, and fund utilization Control receivables, payables, and inventory valuation

Banking & Treasury Operations

Handle day-to-day banking activities and bank coordination Manage CC, BG, and LC limits (fund & non-fund based) Prepare bank stock statements, CMA data, and financial reports Coordinate loan disbursements, renewals, and interest workings

Export Finance & BRC

Ensure timely realization of export proceeds Track and manage BRCs Coordinate with banks for BRC issuance and reconciliation

Taxation & Compliance

Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and statutory compliances Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and authorities Ensure timely returns and audit closures

Costing & MIS

Product costing, variance analysis, and margin improvement Prepare MIS reports for management decisions

Team & Process Management

Lead and manage the finance & accounts team Strengthen internal controls, SOPs, and audit processes Improve efficiency, compliance, and financial discipline

Key Skills

? Strong knowledge of banking, export finance & BRC
? Sound understanding of accounting & taxation
? Manufacturing/export industry experience preferred
? Hands-on with ERP / Tally
? Strong analytical & communication skills
