As a Finance Manager Transfer Pricing/International Taxation subject matter expert you will analyze information, apply economic and financial knowledge to company\xe2\x80\x99s situations, develop effective approaches to company\xe2\x80\x99s financial circumstances What do we expect from you ?

• CA qualified with 8 to 10 years of experience in transfer pricing and International Taxation.
• Experience with core Transfer Pricing, International Taxation and Foreign Exchange Management.
• Strong managerial, organizational, project management and analytical skills
• Having exposure to EU Markets.
• Adaptable and independent, able to work with stakeholders to drive various projects.

What will you work on

• Take a lead in developing recommendations and implementation plans.
• Develop and deliver transfer pricing and economic ideas with timely, responsive services and work products, identify opportunities for transfer pricing and other services.
• Preparation of transfer pricing documentation to substantiate transfer pricing positions taken.
• Assist with transfer pricing aspects of tax authority queries or formal audits where companies would like up-front certainty on transfer pricing positions, assisting with applications for and negotiations of rulings and Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs).
• Transfer pricing planning, including Operating Model Effectiveness projects that seek to obtain tax benefits from business restructuring .
• Acting as the preferred advisor to company, addressing ad hoc transfer pricing query
• Should be well versed on Thin Capitalisation Rule and in using Indian and foreign databases.
• Work closely with various teams and tax authorities to ensure compliance.
• Identify Transfer Pricing opportunities within the organization.
• Develop new initiatives and functions that support the Transfer Pricing Practice.
• Reviewing and finalizing transfer pricing documentation reports.
• Providing business restructuring solutions by Studying DTAA between countries.
• Having Knowledge on BEPS action points & OECD TP guidelines.

It would be great if you also have

• Worked in a Big 4 organization.
• Worked on Direct Taxes.
