? prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and financial forecasts.
? create review frameworks for monitoring and tracking the key financial and business metrics viz-a-viz the
plan and highlight the key risks in the business performance.
? ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company.
? oversee the organization's investments.
? provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs.
? identify new metrics to drive business performance related to strategic priorities while minimizing risk.
? execute accurate reporting, analyze options and make financial recommendations.
? provide insight into business performance against competitors and industry trends.
? manage relationships with bankers, auditors, and tax authorities.
? comply with local financial requirements by studying existing and new legislation, and maintaining
compliance.
? streamline the process and deploy new processes.
? focus on all daily and month-end accounting and financial procedures for the account results, including
p&l activity balance sheet activity, accounts receivable, payroll processing, gst filing, tax filing, and
bank reconciliation, vendor bills scrutiny
