About the Role
We are seeking a results-driven
Finance Manager
to oversee all financial operations and ensure the organization's financial stability and compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and strategic financial planning while driving operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements including GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, and ESI.
Prepare and review financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) as per GAAP.
Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance; suggest improvements.
Implement and maintain strong internal controls and financial risk management systems.
Support management with data-driven insights and financial models for strategic decisions.
Manage costing, pricing, and profitability analysis to optimize margins.
Supervise, train, and motivate the finance team.
Ensure accurate financial reporting through ERP and MIS systems.
Qualifications
MBA (Finance) / M.Com / B.Com or equivalent qualification.
Additional certifications in Financial Planning, Taxation, or ERP systems preferred.
Skills & Competencies
Deep understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
Proficiency in
Tally / ERP
and
MS Excel
.
Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, and other regulatory requirements.
Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
