As an Accounts Executive at Vroutes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations for our esteemed clients. Working closely with the accounting team, you will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and delivering timely reports to support informed decision making. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong relationships. Understand client requirements and objectives, providing strategic financial advice and solutions. Team Leadership and Development: Supervise and mentor a team of accountants and finance professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and development. Financial Analysis and Reporting: Review the financial statements prepared by the team and make sure they are accurate for submissions. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis to support decision-making. Taxation Review the tax computations to make sure they are prepared in compliance with tax law Process Optimization: Review existing accounting processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization. Implement best practices and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulatory requirements. Mitigate financial risks by implementing robust internal controls and procedures. Client Engagement and Business Development: Collaborate with the business development team to identify opportunities for upselling services and expanding Client portfolio. Participate in client meetings and presentations, showcasing Vroutes expertise and value proposition. Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce Professional qualification such as CA/ACCA (Fully qualified) Proven experience (Minimum 5 Years) working in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., XERO, ZOHO Books, QuickBooks) and MS Office suite. - Strong skills in MS Excel is very important Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
