Job Summary:

As a Finance Manager, you will oversee and manage all financial activities within the organization. Your primary focus will be on financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support informed decision-making and ensure the company\'s financial health. You will work closely with senior management, department heads, and other stakeholders to provide accurate financial insights, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to optimize financial performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information effectively.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive financial planning strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.

Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing key insights and recommendations to management for strategic decision-making.

Prepare and present regular financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, variance analysis, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Monitor and analyze financial metrics and key performance indicators, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established benchmarks.

Collaborate with department heads to develop and manage departmental budgets, providing guidance and support on financial matters.

Identify cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and potential risks to the organization\'s financial stability.

Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, policies, and procedures, and provide support during internal and external audits.

Participate in developing and implementing financial systems, processes, and controls to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Provide financial guidance and support to cross-functional teams, offering insights and recommendations on the financial implications of business decisions.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes that may impact financial operations, reporting, and planning.

Requirements:

A Master\'s degree (Premium Institute) or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA, CFA) is preferred.

Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 3+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.

Strong knowledge of financial principles, regulations, and standards.

Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis techniques.

Advanced proficiency in financial management software, spreadsheet applications, and ERP systems.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail.

Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and build effective working relationships.

Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate business needs and provide strategic financial guidance.

Solid understanding of business operations and the ability to align financial goals with overall organizational objectives.

High ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity in handling financial information.
