The Finance Manager will oversee daily financial operations, ensure accurate reporting, maintain regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making. This role requires strong analytical capability, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both financial processes and team members effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger activities, and payroll processing.
• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Develop budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans aligned with business objectives.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure healthy financial stability.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax obligations, and internal financial controls.
• Provide data-driven financial insights and recommendations to leadership for strategic decisions.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and financial institutions for audits, financial reviews, and related requirements.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and support implementation of scalable finance systems.
• Mentor and guide junior finance team members to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
