What You'll Do
-Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting & MIS reporting.
-Drive financial insights to support growth and profitability.
-Manage accounting operations, compliance (Ind-AS, GST, TDS), and audits.
-Monitor cash flow, treasury functions & fund utilization.
-Partner with business teams to optimize performance & implement cost efficiency.
-Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
What You Bring
-Qualified CA with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
-Proven exposure in D2C, Retail, or FMCG sectors.
-Hands-on expertise in FP&A, audit, compliance & business partnering.
-Strong analytical mindset, business acumen & communication skills.
-Proficiency in Tally / Zoho Books / SAP / NetSuite or similar tools.
