Manager - Finance

The primary responsibility for the role of business finance is collecting, interpreting and reviewing
the financial information of the business, including budget planning, Tracking company\xe2\x80\x99s
expenses, preparing & verifying financial documents, analysing & restructuring existing
accounting procedures and implementing systems & procedures and supports the executive
management team by offering insights.


You will:


\xef\x82\xb7 Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and
other transactions)
\xef\x82\xb7 Producing financial reports related to budgets, account payables, account receivables,
expenses, bank and vendor reconciliation etc.
\xef\x82\xb7 Generating financial performance / MIS reports and managing accounts for submitting it
to top management for strategic decision making.
\xef\x82\xb7 Handling Goods & Service Taxes, maintaining statutory books of accounts and preparing
financial statements in compliance with statutory guidelines.
\xef\x82\xb7 Handling accounts payable management, coordinating with vendors (Domestics and
Foreign) on payments, attending & resolving vendor\xe2\x80\x99s queries and monitoring expenses
as against budgeted limits (Ensures timely payments of vendor invoices according to legal
agreements and supplier quotation).
\xef\x82\xb7 Handling Accounts Receivable (Receives and processes payments in accordance with
established methods and procedures. Maintains accurate records of all Accounts
Receivable transactions. Works with customers to facilitate payments and reconcile any
differences or conflicts.)
\xef\x82\xb7 Coordinate with operations, sales, marketing, and customer service teams to supervise
and support in finance operations effectively.
\xef\x82\xb7 Review and ensure application of appropriate internal controls, compliance and financial
procedures.
\xef\x82\xb7 Looking after Legal Compliance i.e. GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory dues.
TDS:-Deduction, deposit on time, and filing of returns.
GST: - Determination of liability, deposit on-time tax, and filing of GST monthly and annual
returns. GSTR-1 & GSTR-3B reconciliation and Input tax credit reconciliation with GSTR-
2A on monthly basis.
\xef\x82\xb7 Oversee the preparation and timely filing of all statutory returns.
\xef\x82\xb7 Ensure compliance regarding all financial functions.
\xef\x82\xb7 Work with Human Resources to ensure appropriate legal compliance.
\xef\x82\xb7 Oversee the month-end close process, constantly reviewing procedures while eliminating
inefficiencies.
\xef\x82\xb7 Enhance and implement financial and accounting systems, processes, tools and control
systems
