The Role

The position is responsible Revenue Assurance and Revenue audit, day to day accounting/book keeping, Banking/Treasury, Accounts Receivable/ Management including TDS reconciliation as well as GST reconciliation , cash flow and ageing reporting.

Primary Responsibilities

1st primary responsibilities

• Monthly revenue recognition and raising Invoices including revenue assurance.
• Debtor Management
• Various payments Vendor, Payroll, foreign payments statutory dues VIZ : PF, TDS, WCT, GST.
• All accounts receivables related functions including GST as well as TDS reconciliations [Govt website vs books].
• Einvoicing and credit management.
• Revenue reconciliation between numbers reported by various entities and statutory books.

2nd primary responsibilities

• Managing Banks and co-ordination with banks for various issues.
• Revenue and balance reconciliation with respective Hotels and query resolution with regards to this.
• Periodic [Daily/Weekly/Monthly/half yearly] cash flow reporting to various stakeholders.
• All Intercompany reconciliation and confirmation.
• Providing Debtor Ageing to Management and respective hotels.

Other Responsibilities

• Preparation of Audit Schedules and getting those audited.
• Assisting in completing internal/External Audits.
• Working on various automation projects
