Finance Manager

Location: Ahmedabad
Department: Legal & Finance
Experience: 4-6 years
CTC Range: ?5-6 LPA
Reporting To: Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Industry: Media-Tech / Digital Media / Startup

Key Responsibilities:

- Overview complete Accounts and treasury
- Oversee and manage the Accounts, Compliance, and Treasury teams
- Supervise monthly closures, financial reporting, and audit readiness
- Review statutory filings (GST, TDS, ROC, Income Tax) and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with the CFO on budgeting, MIS, investor updates, and fundraising support
- Track and manage cash flows, fund utilisation, and working capital cycles
- Ensure documentation and reporting obligations under SHA/SSA/Side Letters (HT, Zee, IDPL)
- Coordinate with auditors, legal counsel, CS, and internal teams
- Develop internal SOPs, finance controls, and dashboards

Pay: ?60,000.00 per month
