Currently, it is expanding in a big way in the Solar Power space undertaking ground-mounted and rooftop projects ranging from 5 KWp to 500 MWp. Headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat the company is currently undertaking projects within Gujarat and Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Hyderabad, Africa.

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Finance Manager to lead banking and treasury operations, with a strong focus on bill discounting, bank guarantees, and financial liaison activities. The ideal candidate will manage relationships with financial institutions, optimize working capital, and ensure seamless execution of credit and guarantee facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Bill Discounting & Trade Finance
Manage end-to-end bill discounting processes with banks and NBFCs
Negotiate competitive rates and terms for discounting facilities
Monitor documentation and compliance for trade finance instruments
Bank Liaison & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for all banking partners
Coordinate with banks for fund-based and non-fund-based credit facilities
Ensure timely renewal and enhancement of credit limits
Bank Guarantees & Financial Instruments
Facilitate issuance and closure of bank guarantees (BGs)
Ensure compliance with BG terms and track validity and utilization
Liaise with internal teams and banks for timely execution of guarantees
Finance Liaisoning & Strategic Support
Collaborate with internal departments to assess financing needs
Prepare financial projections and cash flow forecasts for funding proposals
Support treasury planning and liquidity management
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure adherence to banking covenants and regulatory requirements
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and facility utilization
Prepare MIS reports for management and stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
5-8 years of experience in banking liaison, trade finance, or treasury operations
Strong understanding of bill discounting, bank guarantees, and credit facilities
Excellent negotiation, communication, and documentation skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools
Preferred Attributes

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
