GST compliance, cash flow management, equipment ROI tracking

Team Leadership:

Train staff, create SOPs, establish month-end closing protocols

Event-wise costing, vendor management, expansion financial planning

Expert Tally ERP, Zoho Books familiarity Attention to detail with zero tolerance for errors Street-smart business acumen to spot inefficiencies Team leadership with process-building mindset Event/rental industry experience preferred
