We are committed to providing premium beauty and fashion services that reflect the style and quality associated with Fashion TV. : Position Overview:As a Finance Manager at Whitemagic Fashions, you will play a key role in overseeing and managing all financial activities of the company. You will be responsible for financial planning, budgeting, accounting, and reporting, ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning and Strategy: Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and budgets that align with the franchise\'s goals and objectives. Accounting and Bookkeeping: Oversee and manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities. Financial Analysis: Conduct regular financial analysis to assess the company\'s financial performance, identify trends, and provide insights to support decision-making. Budget Management: Prepare, monitor, and manage budgets, ensuring adherence to financial targets and guidelines. Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow and ensure efficient cash management to meet operational needs and financial obligations. Financial Reporting: Generate accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, for management review. Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and manage tax planning and reporting processes. Financial Audits: Coordinate and manage financial audits, working closely with external auditors to ensure compliance and accurate reporting. Risk Management: Identify financial risks and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the company\'s financial assets. Financial Policies: Develop and enforce financial policies and procedures to maintain financial integrity and transparency. Vendor and Supplier Relations: Manage relationships with vendors and suppliers, including negotiation of payment terms and agreements. Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. A Master\'s degree or professional certification (e.g., CA, CPA) is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar role, preferably in the retail or franchise industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• The salary package for this role ranges from \xe2\x82\xb920,000 to \xe2\x82\xb925,000 per month, depending on qualifications and experience.
