to handle end-to-end finance, accounting, compliance, and reporting for a logistics and trade services organization. The role involves managing multi-location accounts, statutory compliance, budgeting, cash flow, and supporting management with financial insights.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting, AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and GL
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Ind AS/GAAP)
Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and statutory compliances
Coordinate with auditors and ensure audit readiness
Prepare budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and MIS reports
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and receivables
Lead and supervise finance/accounting team
Improve internal controls, billing, collections, and processes
Key Skills
Strong knowledge of accounting, GST, TDS, and compliance
Experience in logistics / transportation / trade services preferred
Proficiency in Tally / ERP, MS Excel (advanced), and reporting
Good analytical, leadership, and communication skills
