Finance Manager- A leading Offline Marketing Agency, Delhi
Job Summary: Our client, a leading agency specializing in offline BTL marketing, event production, and outdoor branding, is keen to hire experienced Finance Manager to join their Delhi team immediately. The ideal candidate will manage financial operations, oversees reporting, budgeting, and ensures compliance to support strategic decision-making.
About the company: Our client specializes in both digital and offline marketing strategies, including SEO, social media campaigns, and experiential branding. They have a proven track record of enhancing brand visibility and driving customer engagement for major clients across various industries. The Company has been into operations for over a decade and has its registered office in Dubai. It counts clients like Grofers, Swiggy, Uber, Reliance, Stanza Living, Yoga Bar, Zomato amongst its clients.
Designation: Finance Manager
Location: Dwarka (Sector 7), Delhi
Key responsibilities:

• Implement best practices, ensure compliance with all financial regulations, and maintain accurate records.
• Lead forecasting, analyze financial data for profitability, identify cost savings, and provide strategic insights for decision-making.
• Hire, train, supervise, and mentor the finance team, fostering their professional growth.
• Maintain and optimize accounting systems, procedures, and policies for efficiency and transparency.
• Reviews and processes payments made to clients, vendors, and other business partners.
• Studies market trends and section-specific data to maximize profits and growth

Requirements

• Proven background in financial reporting, accounting best practices, and regulatory compliance.
• Skilled in financial planning, forecasting, data analysis, and optimizing financial performance.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and manage a finance team effectively.
• Experience with accounting system maintenance and process improvement.
• Bachelor's, preferably Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field..
• A commitment to ongoing professional development and enhancing financial operations.

Education : Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Experience: 6-10 years' experience in finance and accounting.
Working days: Monday - Saturday
Salary: Competitive salary package
