Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Finance Head to lead our finance department. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of finance, accounting, and taxation, as well as hands-on experience in managing a finance team. As the Finance Head, you will oversee the day-to-day financial operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management & Reporting:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations and ensure smooth functioning of accounting processes. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow). Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulatory requirements (GST, TDS, ITR). Generate and present detailed MIS reports in Excel, providing insights for key decision-making.

Team Leadership & Management:

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 7 employees in the finance department. Conduct performance reviews, set objectives, and ensure training and development opportunities for team members. Foster a positive and productive team environment.

Taxation & Compliance:

Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns, TDS, and Income Tax Returns (ITR). Monitor tax regulations and advise on tax planning and optimization strategies. Work with external auditors to facilitate audits and ensure compliance with tax laws.

Budgeting & Financial Planning:

Collaborate with senior management to prepare annual budgets and forecasts. Monitor budget vs. actual performance and provide insights on variances. Drive cost optimization and recommend financial strategies to enhance profitability.

Internal Controls & Audits:

Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets. Coordinate with external auditors for periodic audits and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.

ERP & Accounting Software Management:

Oversee the implementation and management of accounting software (Tally experience preferred). Ensure accurate data entry and financial reporting within the system. Troubleshoot software-related issues and ensure smooth integration with other systems.

Travel:

Be available for occasional travel as required to meet business needs. Represent the finance function in meetings with external stakeholders, vendors, and clients.

Requirements:

Qualification:

CA Dropout or equivalent qualification.

Experience:

10 years of experience in finance, with a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role.

Skills & Knowledge:

Expertise in GST, TDS, and ITR. Advanced knowledge of MIS reporting in Excel. Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software. Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and tax regulations. Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
