Job Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for managing the accounting, monthly closing, taxation, and compliance functions for the Indian operations of the Company This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and team leadership capabilities. Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee the monthly financial closing activities.
Ensure accurate revenue and expense recognition, including necessary accruals.
Review and validate all balance sheet reconciliations prepared by the finance team.
Maintain ownership of the trial balance and ensure its accuracy.
Mentor and guide HO and branch accountants in daily accounting functions.
Assist senior leadership with taxation matters and ensure regulatory compliance. o Prepare and analyze financial statements, accounting records, and other reports for accuracy and completeness.
Develop and present MIS reports including Cash Flow, Fund Flow, Sales Trend, and Expense Variance Analysis.
Ensure FEMA compliance concerning export payables and receivables.
Liaise with internal and statutory auditors to complete interim and annual audits in a timely manner.
Additional Responsibilities Undertake any other assignments or special projects as directed by management.
Qualifications & Experience Education:
Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and financial reporting.
Key Skills
Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Tally or similar ERP systems is desirable. o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage teams and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
