Finance Manager, A leading E-commerce company
Job Summary: A leading bootstrapped E-commerce company is keen to hire a Finance Manager to lead its finance and accounts strategy. You will be exposed to comprehensive financial management and analysis, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes. This would be an individual contributor role and the selected candidate will be directly working with the founders.

Location: Punjabi Bagh, Delhi
Roles & Responsibility:
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth.
Oversee end-to-end finance and accounts management.
Coordinate with external CA consultants and oversee the accounting, compliances and reporting.
Oversee financial planning and analysis (FP&A) activities, including budgeting and forecasting.
Manage the working capital and the reconciliation related tasks.
Requirements:
Past background of working with a growing D2C or e-commerce company.
Strong financial modelling skills and knowledge of financial statement analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyse complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
Proficiency in financial software applications, such as Excel and financial planning tools.
Education: CA / Semi-Qualified CA
Experience: 5-7 years' experience in finance, preferably in E-commerce / D2C.
Working days: 5 / 6 day on-site working
