We are seeking an experienced

Finance Manager

to oversee finance, accounting, and project financial management activities. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in project accounting, financial controls, compliance, and stakeholder management.

Eligibility & Qualifications:

CA / CS / ICWA with 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting Experience in project-based environments preferred Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication skills in English Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred) Strong knowledge of Indian Direct and Indirect Taxes, Customs Duties, Transfer Pricing, and IFRS Sound expertise in project accounting

Key Responsibilities:

Manage project accounting including budgeting, forecasting, costing, and financial analysis Prepare and review cash flow, WIP, FX exposure, debtor ageing, and retention schedules Ensure strong financial controls and compliance with Group policies Coordinate statutory, tax, and internal audits with auditors and regulatory authorities Ensure timely month-end closing and reporting to the Group Support ERP (SAP) implementation and system enhancements Oversee vendor payments, procurement support, and contractor settlements Support operations on GST, Customs, Income Tax, and statutory matters Ensure timely client billing and follow-up on outstanding collections Support HR on statutory compliance and handle ad-hoc finance activities

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
