Chemical Company looking for finance manager's main responsibility is to oversee financial operations throughout the project, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, export import and financial reporting. The construction finance manager is also responsible for analyzing and interpreting financial data to ensure the project is financially feasible and profitable.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage project budgets and cash flow projections. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and standards. Monitor project costs, analyze variances, and identify areas for improvement. Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Collaborate with project managers to ensure that financial objectives are met. Communicate financial information to stakeholders, including owners, investors, and project teams. Manage risk and ensure that financial data is accurate and up-to-date. Develop and maintain relationships with financial institutions, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable. Ensure compliance with tax laws and other regulatory requirements.
