Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team in Calicut. This role will be critical in managing the financial health of our organization and requires expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and strategic financial planning. You will oversee finance operations, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards, while providing valuable insights to enhance business decisions.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the financial planning and budgeting processes for the organization.
• Prepare accurate financial reports and forecasts to inform management decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance, analyzing variances and providing timely insights for corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, overseeing all audits and risk management activities.
• Manage the financial operations of the organization, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and treasury functions.
• Collaborate with other departments to align financial strategies with overall business goals.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting professional development.
• Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure best practices within the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certifications (CA, CMA, or CPA) is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance management or a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting techniques.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to communicate financial concepts effectively.
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements related to finance and accounting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages is advantageous.
