Job description

Roles & Responsibility:

Oversee all aspects of the company's financial transactions, ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial data.
Maintain the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers.
Implement and maintain accounting systems and procedures.
Provide leadership and guidance to the accounting team.
Ensure the team's productivity and effectiveness.
Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
Regularly liaise with banks & statutory auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Participate actively in the audit process, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
Handle the preparation and filing of returns such as GST, TDS, and other relevant tax returns.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
Collaborate with external consultants for financial advice and support.
Work closely with the Company Secretary to ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal requirements.
Develop and implement financial control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial reporting.
Regularly review and update SOPs to adapt to changes in the business environment.
Establish a system for reviewing and approving expenses to control costs.
Conduct regular reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spending.
Generate financial reports and Management Information System (MIS) for the management team.
Analyze financial data to provide insights and support decision-making.
Effectively communicate financial information to management through presentations.
Provide recommendations for improvement based on financial analysis.
Experience: 0-3 years (Preferable in manufacturing sector)

Requirements:

ICAI Certified Chartered Accountant In First Attempt.
Expert in Excel, Operating various internet based tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
