Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Manager to oversee and

manage all the financial operations of the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong

understanding of Indian taxation laws including TDS, GST, and Income Tax, and will be

responsible for ensuring full statutory compliance. This role involves managing a small

finance team, ensuring timely reporting, and supporting strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, taxation, and
reporting.

Ensure accurate and timely filing of TDS returns, GST returns, and Income Tax
returns.

Manage Accounts Receivable and Payable. Manage monthly closing activities and preparation of financial statements. Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as needed. Monitor cash flows, bank reconciliations, and working capital requirements.
Finance Manager

Lead and manage a team of two finance executives - assign tasks, review work,

and provide guidance.

Ensure compliance with all applicable statutory laws and company policies. Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Maintain documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce. Qualified CA. Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and financial
management.

Thorough knowledge of TDS, GST, and Income Tax laws and practices. Hands-on experience with accounting software such as Tally, Odoo, or similar. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and team management abilities.

Pay: ?50,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
