Senior Finance Manager (AGM Level) - Insurance Broking Firm

Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Finance Manager (AGM Level) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-10 years of experience in the insurance or broking sector. The role requires expertise in Profit & Loss management, IRDAI audits, broker account finalization, and overall financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the Profit & Loss (P&L) statements, ensuring financial health and profitability.

Lead IRDAI audits and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

Handle finalization of accounts for the broking firm, ensuring accuracy and adherence to financial regulations.

Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.

Ensure statutory compliance, including taxation, GST, and other financial regulations.

Supervise accounts payable, receivables, and reconciliations for the organization.

Implement internal financial controls and risk management strategies to safeguard company assets.

Work closely with senior leadership to provide financial insights and recommendations.

Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies as required.

Key Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-10 years of experience in the insurance or broking industry.

Strong knowledge of IRDAI regulations and audit processes.

Expertise in P&L management, financial reporting, and account finalization.

Hands-on experience in taxation, compliance, and statutory financial matters.

Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.

Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: Up to ?3,200,000.00 per year
