Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and qualified Finance Manager with a strong background in GST compliance, TDS management, and overall financial operations in the manufacturing sector. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of financial regulations, cost accounting principles, statutory compliance, and the ability to lead a finance team efficiently.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 etc.)
Manage GST reconciliation, audits, and handling of notices
Handle end-to-end TDS compliance including deduction, deposit, and filing of returns
Reconcile TDS with books and Form 26AS
Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and MIS reports
Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund flow requirements
Review and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors for timely completion of audits
Ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
Skills & Requirements:

Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Minimum 5-7 years of experience in finance & accounts, preferably in a manufacturing setup
Strong working knowledge of GST laws, TDS regulations, and Indian Accounting Standards
Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP/ MS Excel
Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills
Experience in dealing with tax consultants, auditors, and government authorities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?1,500,000.00 - ?1,800,000.00 per year
