Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Manager (CA Appeared) to manage the company's financial planning, analysis, accounting, and compliance functions. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and foundational experience in accounting and finance, along with recent completion or near-completion of the CA qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including general ledger, payables, receivables, and reconciliations

Prepare financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS)

Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities

Conduct variance analysis and MIS reporting to support strategic decisions

Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns

Support internal and external audits, including preparation of audit schedules and documentation

Monitor cash flow, working capital, and fund requirements

Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and financial regulations

Liaise with banks, auditors, and consultants as needed

Assist with financial modeling and business performance analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

CA Final Appeared (Passed Inter and completed articleship)

2-5 years of relevant experience (including articleship)

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and financial regulations

Proficient in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software (SAP/Oracle preferred)

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines effectively

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
