Job Description
The role oversees finance disciplines within the company. You will be handling Finance Function towards Business growth, financial health and Fund raise. A more detailed responsibility matrix comprises: Responsibilities
- Managing all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL review, Revenue Recognition, Collections and payouts.
- Monitoring day to day financial operations
- Handling of P2P, O2C, R2R processes.
- Preparing & Publishing monthly information statements, closure of books.
- Managing and complying with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings and legal knowledge
- Developing and documenting business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Handling financial due diligence, tax audits statutory audits
- Financial Planning & Strategic Growth design of the company.
- Drafting of MSA’s and SLA’s.
- 4+ Years of relevant working experience as a CA role preferably in a SaaS Company/Big 4.
- Good communication skills required to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong understanding of business ratios
- Advanced experience in Accounting / Finance / Business Finance.
- Excellent accounting software user and administration skills
- Experience in payroll and labour compliances.
- Know – How on Liquidity management and treasury.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
